1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using AllMeducators ("the Platform," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by EndlessMedical LLC, 5000 Thayer Center, Oakland, MD 21550 US, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EndlessMedical LLC.

2. Description of Service

AllMeducators is an AI-powered medical education question generation platform at educators.endlessmedical.academy. The Service generates multiple-choice medical questions with explanations, references, and infographics for educational purposes. Questions are generated by a multi-model AI pipeline and delivered in DOCX, PDF, and JSON formats. Each purchase generates 5 medical education questions for $10.00 USD, processed securely via Stripe.

THE PLATFORM IS EXCLUSIVELY A CONTENT GENERATION TOOL. It generates AI-created educational materials. It does not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, patient care recommendations, or professional medical services of any kind. The Platform is not a substitute for peer-reviewed educational materials, medical textbooks, or expert-authored content.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. You may register using email credentials or Google OAuth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. One account per individual educator is permitted.

4. Confirmation of Professional Status

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT AND USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY REPRESENT, WARRANT, AND CONFIRM THAT:

You are a qualified medical educator, medical professional, medical expert, or are acting under the direct supervision of one;
You possess the professional knowledge, training, and expertise necessary to evaluate the accuracy, clinical relevance, and appropriateness of AI-generated medical education content;
You understand that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or clinically inappropriate material;
You accept full and sole responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and approving all generated content before any use, dissemination, or distribution;
You will not use, distribute, or rely upon any generated content without first conducting a thorough professional review.

IF YOU ARE NOT A QUALIFIED MEDICAL EDUCATOR OR EXPERT, OR IF YOU CANNOT PERSONALLY VERIFY THE CLINICAL ACCURACY OF THE GENERATED CONTENT, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

5. Mandatory Professional Review Requirement

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPLICITLY ACCEPT, ACKNOWLEDGE, AND GUARANTEE THAT ALL GENERATED QUESTIONS WILL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY A LICENSED, QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL IN THE RELEVANT MEDICAL SUBJECT AREA BEFORE ANY DISSEMINATION, DISTRIBUTION, PROPAGATION, OR USE IN EDUCATIONAL SETTINGS, ASSESSMENTS, EXAMINATIONS, OR AS TEACHING MATERIALS OF ANY KIND.

Specifically, you must ensure that:

Every generated question is reviewed for clinical accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness by at least one licensed medical professional with expertise in the question's subject area;
No generated question is used in any educational program, assessment, examination, teaching material, curriculum, or distributed to students, trainees, medical professionals, or any third party without prior review and written approval by a qualified professional;
The reviewing professional verifies the correctness of the question stem, answer options, correct answer designation, clinical explanation, and any accompanying infographics;
You maintain records of professional review for each batch of questions used in educational settings;
You do not propagate, share, publish, or otherwise distribute any generated content — in whole or in part — without completing the mandatory professional review process.

BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPT THIS MANDATORY REVIEW REQUIREMENT. FAILURE TO COMPLY CONSTITUTES A MATERIAL BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND RELEASES ENDLESSMEDICAL LLC FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF UNREVIEWED CONTENT.

6. Assumption of Liability for Content Errors

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME FULL, SOLE, AND COMPLETE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, OR DEFICIENCIES IN THE GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Clinically incorrect questions, answer options, or correct answer designations;
Inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or incomplete explanations;
Incorrect or misleading infographics, diagrams, or visual materials;
Errors in medical terminology, drug dosages, treatment protocols, or diagnostic criteria;
Content that is inappropriate, biased, or not suitable for the intended educational level;
Any harm, injury, malpractice, misdiagnosis, or adverse outcome that arises directly or indirectly from the use of generated content by you, your students, your trainees, medical professionals, or any third party who receives the content through you.

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT THAT IT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY — NOT ENDLESSMEDICAL LLC'S — TO CATCH AND CORRECT ANY ERRORS BEFORE THE CONTENT REACHES STUDENTS, TRAINEES, MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, OR ANY OTHER AUDIENCE. ENDLESSMEDICAL LLC BEARS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR CONTENT ERRORS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR NATURE, SEVERITY, OR CONSEQUENCES.

7. Generated Content

Questions generated through AllMeducators are marked as "generated externally" and are for your educational use only. These questions:

Are generated by a multi-model AI pipeline and validated for accuracy using automated methods only;
Are not published to endlessmedical.academy, Video Publisher, or any other platform;
Are exclusive to the purchasing educator;
Must be reviewed by a qualified medical professional before any use, including use as teaching materials;
Are not a substitute for peer-reviewed educational materials;
Must not be used as teaching, assessment, or examination materials without prior professional review and written approval as described in Section 5.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ALL QUESTIONS, EXPLANATIONS, INFOGRAPHICS, AND OTHER CONTENT ARE GENERATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODELS. While our multi-step validation pipeline (using multiple AI models including GPT-5 Mini, Grok 4.1 Fast Reasoning, and Claude Haiku 4.5) aims to ensure accuracy, AI-generated medical content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies.

You acknowledge and agree that: (a) AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, misleading, or clinically dangerous results; (b) AI-generated explanations may contain factual errors or cite non-existent references; (c) AI-generated infographics may depict incorrect anatomical structures, pathways, or data; (d) AI processing relies on third-party services whose accuracy and behavior are outside our control; (e) third-party AI providers may update their models at any time, potentially changing the quality or nature of generated outputs; (f) the multi-model validation pipeline reduces but does not eliminate the risk of errors.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE CORRECTNESS OF GENERATED QUESTIONS. ALL CONTENT MUST BE REVIEWED BY A QUALIFIED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL BEFORE ANY USE — INCLUDING USE AS TEACHING MATERIALS — AS SPECIFIED IN SECTIONS 4, 5, AND 6.

9. Payments, Pricing, and No-Refund Policy

Each purchase generates 5 medical education questions for $10.00 USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

PRICING CHANGES: ENDLESSMEDICAL LLC RESERVES THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO CHANGE, INCREASE, DECREASE, OR MODIFY PRICES, PRODUCT FEATURES, DELIVERY FORMATS, AND PAYMENT TERMS AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR WARNING. It is your sole responsibility to review all pricing and details before completing any payment.

NO REFUNDS: ALL PAYMENTS AND CHARGES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR REIMBURSEMENTS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) DISSATISFACTION WITH QUESTION QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR RELEVANCE; (B) PARTIAL OR NON-USE OF GENERATED CONTENT; (C) CHANGES TO PRICING, FEATURES, OR PLATFORM FUNCTIONALITY; (D) PLATFORM DOWNTIME, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR TECHNICAL ISSUES; (E) AI-GENERATED CONTENT CONTAINING ERRORS OR INACCURACIES; (F) ANY OTHER REASON WHATSOEVER. Refunds are provided only if the system completely fails to deliver any questions. Partial generation or quality concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for legitimate medical education purposes. You may not:

Resell generated questions as a commercial product;
Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored;
Use generated content for patient diagnosis or clinical decision-making;
Disseminate, propagate, or use questions without prior professional review as described in Sections 4, 5, and 6;
Use generated content as teaching materials, lecture content, or examination questions without professional review;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the generation system;
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform;
Submit false or misleading information in your account or requests;
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, SERVICES, AND FUNCTIONS PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE; (C) WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; (D) WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, CLINICAL CORRECTNESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED QUESTIONS, EXPLANATIONS, INFOGRAPHICS, OR REFERENCES; (E) WARRANTIES THAT THE GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, EXPECTATIONS, OR EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS; (F) WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED MEDICAL INFORMATION. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ENDLESSMEDICAL LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY: (A) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; (C) PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS; (D) DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT, QUESTIONS, EXPLANATIONS, OR INFOGRAPHICS; (E) DAMAGES ARISING FROM ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN GENERATED MEDICAL CONTENT; (F) DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF GENERATED CONTENT IN EDUCATIONAL, CLINICAL, OR PROFESSIONAL SETTINGS; (G) DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY STUDENT, TRAINEE, MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, OR THIRD PARTY'S RELIANCE ON CONTENT THAT WAS NOT PROPERLY REVIEWED; (H) DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE UNAVAILABILITY, INTERRUPTION, OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

13. Indemnification

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS ENDLESSMEDICAL LLC, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "INDEMNIFIED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, SUITS, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, JUDGMENTS, SETTLEMENTS, PENALTIES, FINES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS OF LITIGATION) THAT ARISE OUT OF, RESULT FROM, OR ARE RELATED IN ANY WAY TO:

Your use of the Service or any generated content;
Your failure to comply with the mandatory professional review requirement set forth in Section 5;
Your failure to verify the accuracy of generated content before use or distribution;
Your propagation, distribution, or use of generated content as teaching materials, assessment tools, or examination questions without proper professional review;
Any claim by a student, trainee, medical professional, patient, or third party that was harmed by generated content that you disseminated without completing the required professional review;
Any misrepresentation of your professional qualifications or status as described in Section 4;
Any harm, injury, malpractice claim, or adverse outcome arising from reliance on generated content;
Your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use;
Any claim arising from the use of generated content in clinical, educational, or professional settings.

THIS INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION SURVIVES THE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND THESE TERMS OF USE. YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES WERE NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE AT FAULT.

14. Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and assume the following risks: (a) AI-generated medical content may contain factual errors, clinical inaccuracies, or dangerous misinformation; (b) infographics may depict incorrect or misleading medical information; (c) references cited in explanations may not exist or may not support the stated claims; (d) the multi-model validation pipeline may fail to catch errors; (e) the Platform may experience downtime, data loss, or technical failures; (f) generated content may not meet the educational standards of your institution or jurisdiction.

SOFTWARE AND AI ERRORS — USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: THIS PLATFORM IS SOFTWARE THAT MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, DEFECTS, AND INACCURACIES, WHETHER ARISING FROM AI-RELATED FUNCTIONALITY OR FROM GENERAL SOFTWARE CODING AND DEVELOPMENT. YOU USE THIS PLATFORM ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PLATFORM OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM SUCH ERRORS.

15. Third-Party Services

The Platform utilizes third-party services (including but not limited to OpenAI, xAI, Anthropic, and Stripe) to provide its functionality. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, privacy practices, security, or content of any third-party services. Your interactions with any third-party services are solely between you and that third party.

16. User Content and Intellectual Property

Generated questions are for your exclusive educational use. You retain the right to use, modify, and distribute the generated content in accordance with these Terms (subject to the mandatory professional review requirement). EndlessMedical LLC retains all rights to the Platform, its technology, algorithms, and processes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.

17. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Platform.

18. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice and without liability. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Platform. The Platform's operation may be affected by numerous factors outside our control.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and EndlessMedical LLC regarding your use of the Platform. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

22. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time in our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

ALL GENERATED MEDICAL CONTENT MUST BE PROFESSIONALLY REVIEWED BEFORE USE. USE OF THIS PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
